How much internal effort does introducing SSA-System require?
The rollout is lean and practical. We support you from day one with training, templates and support. Most customers are up and running within a few days and working productively with the system in the first week.
Does every employee need to be trained?
No. SSA-System is intuitive — the mobile app is designed so that even employees without training can record incident reports or measures without issue. For key staff we offer targeted training.
Is the system really legally compliant?
Yes. SSA-System meets all SUVA requirements. Checklists and templates are synchronized daily and automatically with official SUVA data. All entries are documented and stored in an audit-proof way.
What happens without an Internet connection?
The mobile app has an offline function. All entries — audits, reports or photos — are stored locally and synchronized automatically as soon as the connection is restored.
How flexible is the system for our operation?
SSA-System adapts flexibly to your organization — from the structure of checklists to the assignment of responsibilities. External staff or guests can also be integrated easily via QR codes.
What about data protection and data security?
Your data is hosted in Switzerland in line with GDPR and transmitted encrypted. Regular backups and access controls ensure maximum security and confidentiality.
On how many devices can SSA-System be installed?
The app can be installed and used on any number of devices within the company. SSA-System Web only requires a browser.
